Can you put soft contacts over rgp lenses?

i wear rgp lenses and i would like to know if you can put soft colored contacts over them.

You can, but the resulting decreased oxygen transmission would be quite dangerous, especially over time.

I  can't imagine how the soft lens sitting on the RGP lens would have enough suction to stay on your eye.

One or the other wouldn't be able to move like it should when you blink either.

I've never seen anyone try it, but it sure doesn't sound like a good idea...lol
