  1. Totally fine, just make sure none gets into the eye itself.

  2. Vitamin E is great for the skin but Vitamin E as comes in capsules, in an oil base, is too heavy for the under-eye area, in my opinion. That area of skin is really delicate  and oil is too heavy for such an area. I would continue to take it internally as it works form within to provide benefits for the skin. I would only opt for something light for the under-eye area: aloe vera gel is beneficial as are: cooled chamomile tea bags, ordinary tea bags, green tea, or eyebright tea bags, and cucumber slices on tired eyes.

Chamomile, tea, eyebright tea and also Rooibos tea can all be beneficial for puffy skin. Ordinary tea, eyebright and rooibos contain skin-tightening tannins. It may be saponosides in chamomile that has anti-puffy effects. In green tea it may be saponosides or other flavonoids. Other herbs may be of benefit, such as Ginkgo biloba and ginseng.

Look for an eye gel containing chamomile or green tea or cucumber extract or a combination thereof...or a pharmaceutically prepared gel for the under-eye area containing Vitamin E in a format that is readily absorbed by the skin of that area, preferably with herbs that benefit the under-eye area, such as those mentioned.

    Best wishes.

  3. You can safely put vitamin E oil on any of the skin you own, even under the eye.  Obviously you won't want to get it in your eye, but on skin it's fine.

  4. Yes you can. Vitamin E is completely natural, in fact your body makes it too. It has many benifits which include healthier skin. I recomend bursting a capsule over the sink and spreading some of the oil over your skin.
