Can you put your contact lenses in with one hand?

  1. YEs you can, but you will need a lot of practice and a steady hand. start by using your middle finger on the top of you eye and your thumb on the bottom of your eye  to strecth it out. Put your contact on your index finer and be very careful not to drop it, don't blink either cause then you'll really drop it.

  4. No it is not safe and there may be a risk of you injuring your eye. its is safe to use one hand to pull your eye lid down and use the other hand to put it on

  5. I can't put mine in with one hand. You may be able to, though.  Or see if you can get someone to put them in for you.

  6. uhhh i've had mine for like 2 months and i still use both of my hands...um try pulling the skin under your eye down with your ring finger and then putting the contact in with your index finger
