Question

My mom takes a lot of videos of me skating. Is it possible to put the on my computer and pause at the point i want and take a picture out of it?

Please help cause I have a great video of me jumping really high and if i could make it into a picture that would be awesome!!

It is possible - and Chuckie is correct... but be warned that the picture... the still frame... will most likely be very blurry.

If you want a good, clear, still picture, it needs to be taken with a decent still camera with a really fast lens/shutter...

For MS Windows - after you've paused the video at the frame that you want to capture - press [Ctrl] + [Print Scrn] keys at the same time.  This will copy the image to the clipboard.  Then open an image editing program such as MS Paint and paste the image into a new file, and save.

Bill G's right, but it's still worth trying  - you might be lucky enough to get a clear picture.  Don't expect too much though.
