I have been in the horse business for 10 years and i never heard of renting a horse but leasing is common in the race world.

yes its called leasing and it means that someone else owns him/her but you pay to ride and take care of him. your money usually goes to pay for vet bills and such.

Most of the time, plp will let you borrow a horse for a certain amount of money. Ive done it before, but make sure the horse is well trained.
