first thing is that i also using a poliwrath right now and you can try it with belly drum (to max out its attack) and subsitute and focus punch combo or if you dont like that combo then a simple brick break would do, also instead of surf, use waterfall instead, and don't waste your time on dynamic punch since you will miss it half of the time, use hypnosis instead, at least that can buy you time

for gliscor i would take out thunder fang and replace it with fire fang so you can counter ice since it is4x weakness, also take out guilitine, you will never land it unless you are extremely lucky, and replace it with either another one of the elemental fang or x-scissor

magmortar is fine with only 1 fire move so take out either flamethrower or fire balst (keep flamethrower if you want accuracy or fire blast for power) and replace it with sunny day (since it allow you to use solarbeam too) and i would rather have thunder bolt instead of hyper beam but up to you

finally another dragon that is not garchomp or salamence....lol it need earthquake so take ouut on of the dragon move, also you can also teach it flamethrower to counter ice

dragonite with dragon dance, outrage, aqua tail or thunder punch, and fire punch to counter ice

fearow can have roost, drill peck, swagger, and u-turn for scouting

i know soem of you pkmn are under lv but just telling you ahead of what i think you should have so yea hope i help

Poliwrath:

Switch Dynamic Punch with Brick Break since it's got higher accuracy.

Switch Surf with Waterfall since Poliwrath is an Attack pokemon and not a sp.attack pokemon.

You should also teach it Earthquake to take care of electric types and Poison Jab against grass types.

Gliscor:

Thunder Fang and Night Slash should stay. But teach it Thunder Fang and X-Scissor instead of Sword Dance and Guillotine, it's never gonna hit anyway.

Magmortar:

Flamethrower and Solar Beam should stay, but Hyper Beam and Fire Blast should go. Teach it Sunny Day instead (so Solar Beam will strike every turn, and fire attacks will be more powerfull).

You should also teach it Thunderblt, just in case you meet a water pokemon or a flying type pokemon.

Flygon:

The only thing that should stay is Dragon Claw, since Draco Meteor got low acc., Dragon Breath because it's sp.attack and Hyper Beam since you have to recharge.

Teach it Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Steel Wing to take care of ice types.

Earthquake and Fly will also be great moves for it.

When dragonair evolves teach it thunder bolt instead of agility

That is a good team but i suggest to put Dialga lvl 65 with Roar of time Draco Meteor Dragon Claw And Dragon pulse. also have a pokemon that knows ice type attcks or you will get owned by the pokemon Champ Cynthia or just use Fearow's Drill Peck it's a one hit K O no matter what.

from my brother:

I like your pokemon and their attacks. But I wouldn't have a fearow their weak. I have a lv. 64 Staraptor that is a flying type that has way better attacks. Make sure you definitely evolve your Dragonair!!!
