  1. Yes... And you can retake it as many times as you want until you get the score you want.

  2. The above poster is correct. You can take it 5000 times if you need to.

  3. I'm personally not sure but if you can, I would do the practice tests on http://www.military.com/ASVAB/0,,ASVAB_S...

  4. ok, heres the book answer.

test one is called your initial

test two is allowed 30 days after your initial

test three is allowed 30 more days

    test 4, six months

if you passed and want a higher score? don't do it. statistically proven that guys / gals score lower than expected and end up losing the jobs they want.

ask your recruiter to call the ROC (pronounced ROCK) they'll know what to do after that.

  5. Hi. First off, if you took it more than 2 years ago, yes you can retake it.

2nd, if you took it and didn't pass, you can take it 30 days after.

If you still don't pass it you can take it again 30 days after. And if you want a higher score, don't do it, it'll make it lower. And you can't choose from the last ASVAB score instead of the most recent one. The most recent one is the one that is official.

And after 3 times, you have to wait 6 months.

If you want to retake and study, go to your local library and ask the librarian for the ASVAB study guide. Or go straight to the military section and look for an ASVAB study guide, usually the Thompson/Arco one is good.

    Good luck!

  6. Before you enlist, you can take it every 30 days but once you are in the service you can take it every 6 months.

  7. You sure can.

Somebody mentioned that your score goes down but mine improved dramatically.
