Yes, as long as you peel off the glue gently and wash them they can easily be used up to 4-6 times.

You can but it's an unnecessary step.

Try NYC Black eyeliners, only one dollar and they do not smudge.

depends on if your using strip or individual lashes , and if your using permanent or temporary glue ?
