Can you read this and help me?

Question

I have some friends that came to the US from europe and they want to cross to mexico but no one knows if they could go back to the US, they are crossing through the border do you know anything that can help?

They need their passports.  That should be all.

did that when i had a mutiple visa, i went over to mexico and returned to the states. did the same with crossing the border to canada and back to the states. they should ask about HOW TO GET A MUTIPLE VISA. perhaps their embassy can guide them.

See first website below for a list of countries whose citizens do NOt need a visa to visit Mexico.  See second website for a list of countries whose citizens DO need visas to visit Mexico.  See the third website and read the last sentence under "general travel information."  If they are from a visa waiver country they will have no problem re-entering the U.S.  If they are from a country that requires a visa to enter the U.S., they need to be sure it is a multiple entry visa .  They need to check the first 2 lists to see if they need a visa to enter Mexico.

The requirements for someone from Europe going from the USA to Mexico and back depends on the country of origin. For most european countries, there is no visa requirement to enter the USA, so there should be no problem leaving and returning. For more details, see the attached link.
