  1. no

  2. yeah

  3. Working out in the morning isnt as good as working out at night. Because if you work out at night then you burn off alot of the calories you consumed during the day otherwise theyll sink into you and itll be harder to work off. Try not to eat a lot for dinner, eat the most for breakfast then eat less for lunch then the least for dinner. Try not to eat within 3 hours before you go to bed because itll just be harder to work off.

  4. Greetings it is an accepted fact that diets never work permanently. I urge you to you mosey on down to http://abe5.com/6mp its an awesome site with lots of advice and it's all free. I lost 8 pounds in five weeks by doing as they advised

  5. Yeah proberly but i surgest you change subway cos its got the salt equivalent of 9 bags of ready salted crisps/chips

  6. No, I don't think u can lose weight as fast as u expect. Try getting rid of the muffin and subway sandwich because they r fatty products. It doesn't necessarelly have to be with food or running. U could just bowflex machiene or something like that for the fastest weight loss. It's much easier. Food can take many months but this one can only take about 1 month. Good luck.

  7. Hi,

Getting healthy is great and everyone should do it. The exercise if fine just remember to warm up and stretch and cool down and stretch to prevent injuries.

But this diet is not gonna work (not long term so any weight you lose you will regain as soon as you come off it.

I noticed you have very little protein, lean meat will provide this such as chicken, fish, eggs. Ideally you should have protein and carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) with every meal. Try beans on toast (beans=protein and toast=carbohydrates) or chicken and pasta or fish and potatoes.

Try drink 2litres of water, eat 5pieces of fruit and veg, eat after exercise to regulate your blood sugar levels and eat regularly throughout the day (if you don't your body will think it is starving and it will burn less calories and store more fat)

Make sure you life weights too as muscle uses more energy than fat so you are better of having muscle on your body but please ensure you have the correct technique and posture or you will injure yourself!

Remember your aim should be to get healthy and not to lose weight. You are only 15 and your body is still developing you don't want to stunt your growth or set your body up for a life time of fad diets.

    Best of luck!

  8. Watch the processed flour intake (bread) and be careful not to overload your baked potatoes.  Try adding some resistance exercise (weight lifting, light-high repetition) to your plan.  Good luck.
