Question:

Can you really convert a car to run on water?

Only I recieved an advert-email saying you could and just out of curiousity I looked further and it led to wanting money for a MANUAL to tell you 'how to convert your car to run on water' and I thought 'yeah, right! What BS!'

If it were possible wouldn't it be done already to save our planet from carbo emissions and end the ending-resources-fear?

  1. Of course you can convert your car to run on water (I've done it !).Santa Claus sells the conversion kit (but due to my credit at the time,I had to have the Easter Bunny co-sign for it.

  2. I'm guessing you're talking about using "used vegetable oil" in your diesel engine. I don't have a diesel car, but I heard it works!

Regarding the running your car on water issue. If you read those guides, you will see they use both water and gasoline to improve the efficiency of your engine, thereby reducing gas cost and improving gas mileage in your car.

The concept is to use their unique designs to easily produce HHO gas which makes hydrogen combustion with gasoline more stable and safe.

Apparently the emissions are less toxic than conventional cars. The reason I think they are not commercially available(yet) could be because it requires deep research and analysis to figure what will happen to those countries where the main income is from petroleum stuffs if water is used as an alternative fuel in cars and trucks and other vehicles.

  3. what do you mean by that statement better mail me

  4. You can convert a vehicle to run on a by-product of water - hydrogen.  But it takes more energy to convert water into hydrogen and oxygen than you get from burning the hydrogen.

So yes it is possible - does it make sense to do so - NO.

  5. Yes. Cars can run on water, but that would be a disaster and cause a great water shortage......:)

    You See???

  6. Run on water....

I a chuckle about 10 times a day when people ask this question (no offense).

    =====

SCAM !!!!  I read extensively about it and the science is ALL WRONG.  I studied chemistry in school so I know.

Even if you don't understand the science behind it to know, ask yourself this one simple question: if these devices worked, why don't the car companies install them at the factory and sell more cars?

    Because they don't work...

    Good Luck...

P.S. If you go to these HHO sites, they will tell you that the HHO become a catalyst for the reaction inside the engine. NONSENSE !  In chemistry Catalyst is does NOT react at all and just help other reaction.  Hydrogen and Oxygen in piston would be immediately consumed (and so by definition cannot be a catalyst).

  7. sure, but don't spend money on the manual. I'm thinking that if you look at all the systems out there, and you have a little mechanical intuition you can build the unit, purchase the parts through some of the companies on line for the electronics, which are the hard part. the  hydrogen generator is simple and you may need more than one unit.

    good luck

  8. Probly not

  9. I have not heard of that one, but if you are serious about converting your car check these out.
