Question:

Can you really eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want?

I'm always hungry and so Im trying to think about what i can eat enough of to get full haha. without getting fat

  1. Vegetables such as onion, celery, cucumber, zucchini, carrots, peppers, broccoli.

    I would suggest stirfrying in a little oil and finish with a splash of soya sauce for flavor. Alternatively, cook/steam in  a little water and add a touch of chili.

    You won't feel hungry and you'll get loads of extra vitamins to feel great.


  2. YOU SURE CAN! YOU ALSO CAN EAT AS MANY SHRIMP AND FISH AS YOU WANT, ITS GOOD FOR YOU.

  3. you can eat as much vegetables as you can.  keep your fruit intake to 4 a day since it contains lots of fructose (fruit sugar).  use cheese and oil sparingly if you use it on salads.
