Can you really get an effective workout in under 30 minutes?

The workout I'm trying is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

  1. Yes,provided the intensity is same from start to finish.HIIT is a very good programme because unlike LIIT,it raises your metabolism and you burn more calories though out the day.Do not do more than 20 minutes.

  3. For sure you can but if you are only going to work out for half an hour you have to pick up the intensity and I think that you are on the right track to pick interval training. As long as you go your hardest your going to get a good workout. The only way you couldn't get a good workout in 30 minutes is if you were doing light fluffy exercises.
