  1. Just keep the noise down to acceptable levels and then you won't have to ask questions like this, because you won't have a problem.

  2. You can be fined after 10pm. It can cost up to $200 on the spot.

  3. My town doesn't fine anyone for loud noises. Wow. I had no idea it was common place. They are either told to quiet down, break it up, or someone gets arrested (not for the noise, usually for being drunk and disorderly).

  4. You may get a warning, but it is not required. A loud noise citation in my jurisdiction is $300.

  5. warning till they have to come again

  6. over here i think you get a warning, and then if someone calls again it's a $200 fine. i don't think they vary.

  7. It depends on your city ordinances, but yes, you could get a fine for disturbing the peace or violating the local noise laws.

  8. the might let you off with a warning but if it is not the first time the have gotten a complaint about you then you will not be let off, you will be fined and im not really sure how much, im pretty sure it keeps going up, like if it is the second offense then they will give ou a small fine but if they get calls about you all the time then they will keep raising the prices.

  9. you can get red tagged.

  10. depends on what state you're in.  it's $175 around here.  they usually give you a warning first unless it's just too wild.
