Can you really get help from the government?

CAN you get help with bills/car repair,from our government like the adds say or is it bull?Does being disabled matter. thanks..

  2. THE GOVERNMENT WILL HELP EVERYONE IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER. IT DOES PAY TO PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED AS YOU MENTIONED. TRY LOCALLY FIRST, THEN GO STATE, AND FINALLY FEDERAL. GOOD LUCK.
