Can you really increase s***n volume?

Just curious how these guys do this in movies. That seems unrealistic

Sometimes it's just a matter of splicing several episodes together, or several camera angles of one episode.  But mainly, these guys are hired for p**n just because they're so out of the ordinary.  You wouldn't pay to see an ordinary guy having s*x.  So they hunt for people who are super-endowed or have tremendous stamina or who produce gallons of s***n and pay them big bucks to perform in front of a camera.  Like Mark Wahlberg's character in "Boogie Nights".  They may be real, but they're far from "normal" or typical.
