I think you could but he or she might have trouble spelling phapupopopppppppoooooo or himynameis all the time and explaining to other people how to spell and pronounce it. Imagine calling out in the mall HYMYNAMEIS, or PHAPUPOPOPPPPPPPOOOOOO.

I asked the registrar this question when we went to register our daughter and she said that there has been names that the.y have refused to register as they were just too stupid or rude. However I don't know what the legal stance is on it

If you have no regard for your child of course you can name them what ever you want. But most parents worry about their child's mental health as they grow up so their a little more sensitive about naming their child yahoo. Maybe shorten it to YaYa or something more likable.
