Can you really see people's skeletons when the get electrocuted?

Well I heard that your bones are superheated so you can see them through your flesh.

  1.  it can happen if you are pretty close to a nuclear blast, though. Some of the soldiers stationed near test sites (who wer purposefully placed there to test radiation results on human beings) could see through their skin because of the inmense ammount of hazardous radiation blasting through them, x ray included.
