In the past year I have watched, for the first time, Pride and Prejudice. I have the TV series with the lovely Colin Firth, and the film with the lovely Matthew McFaddyen. Just recently I bought North and South with the the lovely Richard Armitage. Now what can I watch whic is along the same lines?

  1. The Amanda Root/Cirian Hinds version of Persuasion, another Jane Austen adaptation. Not as great at P&P with Colin Firth but it was a well done movie. Sense & Sensibility with Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman is worth watching too.
