Can you recommend a home beauty therapy course that i don't need to attend any college?

i have seen so many different home courses that i am not sure which to go for. As i would like to do mobile beauty therapy, i am concerned about the qualifications at the end, if they would be reconised and if it would cover me for insurance purposes.
