Can you recommend a "non-vanity" website that accepts poems for review and/or submission?

Try criticalpoet.com.  You pick the level of critique you want.  Still, the critiques are by other poets. Google for other sites to post for submission.  Some though are shams.

I generally submit mine on the walls of the stalls in the men's bathrooms.

But that's just me
