Can you recommend a restaurant in Glasgow which is cosy, informal, and has excellent food.?

For all of you who think you are being funny, your immature and uneducated responses show you up for what you are. Ignorant. Glasgow is a fantastic city with lots of great pubs and restaurants, you're just obviously not very switched on.

  2. I would recommend La Tasca on Renfield Street. The food is amazing! Fantastic service and very reasonably priced too.

    alternatively the ubiquitious chip in the west end is also a fave of mine, beautiful place to eat, dont be fooled by the name, and then you can have a drink in ashton lane, the atmosphere is great there

  9. the flying tumbler in maryhill does a cheeky wee pie and chips which is the talk of the town..but they also cater for a more varied clientele..vegetarians can opt for pie chips and peas..and for the more adventurous international dishes such as curried pies,German sausage and  chips,french fries and chips and of course the renowned chefs speciality.pie kebab(a pie on a stick) enjoy
