I accepted a new position in Raleigh and start work on August 25th which does not leave much time to find an apartment. It will just be myself as my husband and family will stay behind to finish the school year. I need something in the Six Forks Road area. Does anyonrecommendend a safe community or on the flip side is there ones we should be wary of? Any input would be welcome.

  1. It's really smart to buy with the home market the way it is someone houses are 100k down market value. If you can't buy rent and if you can't rent then your wasting your money.

  2. i dont know exactly where it is but there is a development called tangle wood.

    they're town homes.

    they're nice

  3. no, sorry.

  4. If you're open to living near downtown (which is great...lots to do here), check out Boylan Apartments.  I'm pretty sure they have some openings.    They are beautiful historic apartments that have been recently renovated.
