  1. I dont suppose you tried this progam ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  2. Get an aerobics DVD.

  3. pullups and dips are great lifts done with the bodywieght. Dips can be done using two chairs. You can probably find something to hang off to do pullups. I used to use a beam in my garage. Pushups are alright but get too easy pretty quickly and stop working unless you can add weight to them. If you can get to the point of doing 1 arm pushups, that's a good one too. For your shoulders, try handstand pushups with your feet against a wall.

  4. It is not just exercise that is going to help you gain mass. Easting, resting and how you exercise will all make a big difference esspecially if you have a skinny body type because you will find it harder than some other people to gain muscle. This article might help a bit:

Other body types with a slower metabolism have a much easier time of it so do not compare yourself with them, instead tailor your regime to your own body type.

    Less Exercise More Rest

This sounds ridiculous doesn't it, how does LESS exercise and MORE rest help you gain muscle shouldn't it be the other way around? The answer lies in how muscle is built, not through lifting weights but my resting. You see when you lift heavy weights ...
