Question:

Can you recommend any literature you would be expected to read in college?

I don't think I'll be making it into any colleges known for their literature/english classes; I was hoping somebody could give me a list of some books you would mostly likely be assigned to read in a class? I don't want to miss out. (Or any books, short stories, poetry works, etc. you think deserve to be read in college classes.)

    What Maisie Knew

    I also read a lot of slave narratives and Edgar A Poe.
