I say try the /Steak House in side Circus Circus.

Rated #1 19 years in a row, the food is awesome, the service is awesome, and if you can afford to eat out in Vegas, you can afford this.

Go to the Ellis Island Casino off the strip.  They have their own brewery and all draft beer is a buck.  The best deal is the steak dinner, not on the menu but $6.99, its a filet cut sirlion, really tasty, served with fresh bread, soup or salad, green beans and potato. Also they have smaller restaurant that does bbq, always busy be prepared for a wait.  I have never had a bad meal here ever.
