Can you recommend me some pill or tea or whatever to lowing scenic panic?

I´d like to know if you guys had ever take something to not feel nervous when you speak in public, you see, even when I handel the subject very well, I can´t avoid handshaking and feel this horrible tension

  1. See if you can get an Rx from your Dr. for Lorazepam. It takes the nervous edge off. It's very calming, but highly addictive. (I only use 1/2 tablet when I get nervous during thunder storms and tornado warnings!)

    Put some tissues in your pocket for pre-handshake time!


  2. You should drink a tea without caffeine as that could induce jitters. Try to keep yourself caffeine free for a few days leading up to your public speaking (this includes pain relievers that have caffeine in them), and you can calm your nerves with warm green tea flavored with honey. Anything warm and comforting should help- if you prefer milk, that too has some great qualities to soothe.

  3. Try and learn some relaxation techniques that you can do before and during your public speaking. Aloe Vera tea is good, and peppermint tea is good if your stomach is upset as well. Keep your hands clasped in front of you, so that you are containing the shaking.
