Can you recommend music to workout to that will keep me motivated?

I need songs that will make me want to keep the pace up or feel powerful (haha) like theme music to keep my mind on looking and feeling better! Angsty, angry, s**y, techno, dance, country, rock, whatever, as long as it makes me keep moving!

  1. I suggest any music that you like with a fast and continuous beat so you will be pumped up mentally and physically.

    I tried and went to Fitness First and their music was Trance. It was annoying at first but because I like the threadmill so much, I got the hang of it.
