Can you recommend not so expenisve but nice restaurant near the Duomo in Milan?

My friends and I will go to Milan next Monday. We are planning to spend the day around Piazza del Duomo and it will be Christmas Eve that night. Our budget is limited, but we still want to have a nice Christmas Eve dinner in Milan. Please recommend us some names of the restaurant. Thx :D

McDonalds!!!

It is right there and they speak English!!

There is even a McCafe - too much fun for the festive season! But seriously - there are a heap of cafes nearby - I hope they are open.

I found the area around the Duomo for food and shopping - extremely expensive - McDonalds was the most affordable!

near duomo there's nothing cheap! but it's good though!

i suggest you should look in the gallery which is there... there are many spots and you may find a table there, because we are not used to dining out on christmas eve...
