  1. I have a website source

    www.footlocker.com

order your choose online, and they have a price check to shorten your search, plus size search, and xc and track, to make it even shorter, so you can easily pick the right shoes! here are my recomandations.

    This shoe is 59.99

This shoe is built for power and speed.

  3. I have been running for 8 years now. Though I am biased towards Nike as a brand, I would recommend you to go to a running-specific store, like Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC. They can help you find the right shoe because people buy shoes that aren't necessarily right for their feet, but more comfortable or fashionable. But after you get the correct shoes or even if you haven't, I would go to any major athletics store and ask the sales associates because they are getting paid to know the products they are selling. But make sure you state the use/reason for buying the shoes. Good luck!!!

  4. If you can afford it, you'll need to buy shoes for XC and then track. XC will wear down your shoes.

Track you can wear the same shoes, you don't really have to buy racing flats.

For shin splints, you can prevent them. Do this before and after your workouts and races.

Stand with you feet a few inches a part. Bend over, knees slightly bent, hands on your knees. Do toe taps, slowly and deliberately alternating up and down a few times. Point your toes outward and repeat, Point you toes inward and repeat. You need to stretch you shin muscles too.

Go to an athletic store. Ask for an experienced runner sale person. They will guide you to the proper running shoes. Not all runners' have the same running form or needs. Some shoes are specific to problems.

I love Nike shoes, They have just enough cushion for running, and not too much that it hinders my sprinting. Decide if you like a lot of cushion, some or very little.

When you try on the shoes, test run them in the store. Running on your toes, flat footed and heel to toe.

  5. Nike Air Max Moto 5+, they are the must comfortable shoes you will ever wear, Nike's 'Cushlon' is unbeatable.
