  1. try www.cruiseasy.joystar.com  they have great last minute deals


  2. Yep, http://www.canadian-affair.ca to England, then http://www.israir.com to Israel.  Compare against http://www.bookingbuddy.com but I don't think you'll find anything cheaper than Canadian Affair + Israir.
