Luckily- you can! On most mac laptops there is a program already loaded on it as soon as you buy your mac- called ivideo. This will only work if you have a little camera- looking thing on your computer right above the screen. Most laptops have this- but few don't. If yours dosen't then there is no other way then to buy a computer camera- which shouldn't cost much!
