Can you record voices with Dazzle Platinum Capture Card?

Question

Ok I want to know if you can record voices while your recording on a Dazzle Platinum. I play COD 4 in a clan and we have some really funny stuff to share but it happens in the moment so we cant go back and add voices or else it would be stupid and not as funny so if im playing at my house and someone else is playing COD4 on 360 at there house can i record what they say??? Its going to be for our site below.

Also if you cant do it with Dazzle can you recommend any other video capture card with good Quality and CAN record voices??

Under the Xbox 360 Guide, go to Personal Settings and Voice. Set the Voice Output to Speakers or Both and your Dazzle will record the game footage as well as the voices.
