Can you recycle painters green tape?

because we are using a lot and it looks like a lot of garbage

  1. Because of the adhesives and primers used on the back tape of to make it sticky, tape cannot be recycled or even composted.  Don't burn tape either!  It's not good for the environment.

    If you work as a painter though the good news is most hardware and paint retailers are now recycling left over paint if you bring your partially used cans back to the store.

    After you've used Painter's Green tape on your project, I'm sure after you've passed it your teacher/manager will return it to you. When they returned it to you, remove the tapes you placed on it and use the tapes on things.

  5. you can recycle it by using it for other purposes...you could use it to trap flies and bugs....or you could use it on painting projects, you could make a sculpture or a huge tape ball.
