Can you recycle rubbing alcohol bottles?

Is it okay if I throw the empty alcohol bottles in the recycling bin? What about other bottles that contained harsh chemicals etc.?

What type of chemicals?  You should check if the chemicals while react with the alcohol on a science chat room or message board.

Any glass bottle, and most plastic ones, can be recycled.

Check the bottles for a little triangle symbol that has three arrows shapped into a triangle, it then has a number in the middle, that number will be between 1 and 7 those numbers are the different types of plastics.

You have to check with your local recycle plant or council to see what plastics are recyclable.

As a must you should ALWAYS!! wash out your bottles so nothing should effect the recycling proccess.

Otherwise it should be fine so you can recycle your bottles but they have to be a recyclable and cleaned out throroughly.
