Can you reenlist to (68W) medic, and get ASI's in such as flight medic in your contract ?

Ive been in the field, and to Iraq. I was injured over in iraq and I am battling to stay in the army now. My doc is suggesting me to be reclassed. Some people that are telling me that you can get certain ASI's in your contract If you reenlist in the BEAR program?

NO! Reenlist as a 68W, get some operational experience, field, deployment, Iraq, then apply for flight medic/crew training.
