Can you register a visa vanilla gift card online ?if so what site?

i purchased a 50 dollar gift card so i could register it to gamble no luck so far.any help out there

Vanilla Gift Cards do not work.  Get an All Access Visa and it will work about anywhere.  The same thing happened to me a year ago.  You can pay for the All Access Card with the Vanilla Card, and pay the rest in cash.  Check http://dagus-statistics.com/reviews.htm for a list of sites that'll take the All Access Cards, you'll also find other tips on how to deposit and withdraw, and bonus codes.  Hope this helps.
