Can you register your new born baby as a British citizen if the father is a Portuguese National living and working in UK for more then 5 years and the mother is South African national came to UK on a EEA Family Permit?

Your child is entitled to british citizenship after she becomes 16, if she is younger than 16, she cant have it.
