Can you reheat Tofu?

I want to make Tofu burgers, If I make 4 could I have two today and put the others in the fridge for the next day. How long will they keep in the fridge, or will I freeze them?

  1. Refrigerating them would be alright I guess! Don't see why there'd be any harm but i'll bet they'll be great!!


  2. they keep longer than egg would. about 3 or 4 days after making them into patties tofu has to be kept in water and changed daily if not in closed containers.

  3. they will be fine for a day in the fridge.
