In the past few years I have been having this experience where i will dream about something very specific and It will happen the next day or what my dream was about will present itself ....Nothing huge or of serious importance, But i find this interesting . Examples: I bought a burts bees wax chap stick and lost it. I totally forgot about it and didn't care (wasn't looking for it either) But, I had a very specific dream about holding it and looking at this chap stick almost a year later . Whatever right ? Well, when I woke up the next day at some point I was folding jeans and found the chap stick in a pocket.?? I was a little weireded out. This keeps happening to though over stupid stuff, I had a dream about a "blue pom pom" and in the morning I turned on the tv and there was a cheerleader with Blue pom poms ?? I could keep going down the list of randomness, Can anyone relate to this ???

  1. I used to have that happen to me as well. I think somewhere along the path I became numb to it because it was a bunch of small trivial stuff. I recently started to open my eyes to it again when I came across a book called "The Secret".

I think you may find it a good read and I recommend it in regards to your issue. The idea of the book is the law of attraction; simply put the universe reflects back events to you as you perceive them.

I used to look at those dreams or visions as potential extra sensory perceptions but after reading that book I think that they may just be relative to the laws of attraction. There has been a ton of books and studies on people who are lucky and un-lucky, if you apply the readings of The Secret to these studies then it all starts to make sense, in my opinion.

BTW, my dreams and visions were not present until I started audio-bio-feedback and self hypnosis following a bad car accident. I used to think the car accident had something to do with it but now I feel the accident lead to other doors opening and was not directly related. Maybe something like this as happenned to you?

    My 2 cents.

  2. I can't relate but it's sounds like a gift. I'd find ways to use it to my advantage.

  3. sounds like your precog there are lots of websites and books on developing it good luck to you

  4. No I can't.

  5. That is weird though!!!!!!!!, but all cool

  6. That's awesome.  Maybe you have some level of clairvoyance.  You should write your dreams down, you might be able to foresee something really important.

  7. Coincidence

If this continues then obviously it is not a coincidence i can relate to this because I used to get dreams about random things about school

Turns out when I went to school i had complete deja vu and it happened

I had a dream where I was standing in the change room looking at a tile in a spot

At school I went in the change room something caught my eye

It happened so i was doing the exact in my dream as in real life a little different but i can still relate to you in some happenings

  8. It is possible that some or all of this is actually coincidence.

I  have listed a book below that is about the math behind such events so you can understand how likely (or unlikely) something is to occur.

On the other hand I believe in psi phenomena so I also included links for you to be able test your abilities and record your premonitions.

    The more you know....

    Psi

  9. Yes, I have dreams like this as well.  I have the stupid small little dreams, but then sometimes I dream about more dramatic incidents.  Once, I had this dream.  It may have been 10 years ago.  But I will never forget it.  I dreamnt about driving in the city I live next to and driving up on a dangerous intersection.  Bullets were fired.  My car was hit and I managed to escape.  8 years later when I started dating my husband.  He asked that I come visit him at work one day.  He is a fire fighter and works on a really bad side of the city.  When I was driving to go visit him I came up on an intersection.  I quickly got chills down my spine because it resembled the exact intersection I had dreamed about years earlier.  Talk about feeling like a freak!  Needless to say, I do not go that way anymore, I take another route.   I have also had dreams about bridges I have seen while traveling the US.  I can be driving somewhere and see a structure that quickly takes me back to a dream I had years ago.  I have had dreams about my friends and family having children and knowing what they were going to have before giving birth.  9 times out of 10 my dreams are always true.  My brother didn't know he and his wife were going to have a girl and I had a dream about it...and they did.  I have also had dreams showing they will be having another boy and girl in the future.   I have researched the process of analyzing dreams online.  I have also come across some books.  I do not read them though.  But try looking into books or online resources.  Sometimes the color you are dreaming about can mean something.    Also, when something is going on in your life each dream can be appearing due to the events in your life at the time.  I always dream about death, or scary, bloody things when I am stressed about money or a fight I had with my husband.    I know I'm not much help.  But I was glad to hear someone else had this issue like I do.  I don't feel so weird anymore.
