Can you remove Destiny Hero - Malicious' effect even if there is no card effect to remove it?

For example, if Malicious is in the graveyard and you have no cards like strike ninja or DAD, can you still remove it?

No, you need a second Malicious

you remove malicious with its own effect (so you can remove it while it's in your graveyard and summon another one from your deck). you don't use card effects like strike ninja to remove it

i dont really understand but i think this is what u mean... if u have malicious in your grave u can remove it for another malicious no matter wat but if u dont have any malicious in your deck u cant remove it cause it states to remove for malicious
