Can you rent an elephant?

I am wondering if it is within the realm of possibility to rent an elephant for our homecoming parade?

you can but it is way expensive and not worth the risks of injures and etc....

yes u can but it will be very expensive and so it would be worth it but it would be fun

Yes i think so. Perhaps you can hire a circus and get the man and the elephant to walk in the parade.  It's a possibility!

Not really.

I mean, the animal wouldn't be trained to walk in the parade- most animals these days are kept for breeding, and not trained to perform such acts.

So no, I would say not- the health and safety risk would be too high, too.
