Can you repair a broken pittosporum tree?

It's still pretty young about 70cm tall.

It has been snapped about half way up the trunk.

  1. Wood glue and some nails should do it... at the least you'll still have a stick!

    Maybe best to call your local nursery tomorrow and ask them?

    From what I have read they are hardy trees, we have 6 of them. Our puppy chews them and breaks off the odd branch. If you leave it it may stay ok until spring when that might be the best time to prune it? I'm not sure if you can prune it back now it's Winter, if in Australia.
