Can you retrieve lost pictures

Question

If you do a hard drive restore and your pictures are lost, is there any way to get them back?

Because my mom thought she had tech knowledge and deleted everything in attempt to get it working again and she's under the impression that you can retrieve them some how.

if the images was deleted from recycle bin only programs that recover deleted files will work ...

y don't u try with a data recovery software? GetDataBack is a good solution. And EasyRecovery Proffesianal, RecoverMyFiles are also good 4 da work
