Can you return a Hannah Montana wig to the Disney Store for a refund?

I bought my little sister a Hannah Montana wig from the Disney Store and when I took it out the box it pretty much looked like c**p...so I wanna return it...I have the receipt...Can I return it?

i sure you can just show them the receipt and tell the it looked like a gaint mess when you took it out .they will either give you a refund or some kind of card so that you can buy some thing else .they might also just give you a new one
