  1. Not unless the seller is willing to take it back. They have no obligation to do so. Once you've got the keys, it's too late.

  2. Technically , You bought the vehicle "as is " , which means you were willing to accept it the way it was. If you found out something about it you didn`t like , that is your problem, not the sellers. The seller may be willing to negate the deal , but they have no liability to . Maybe you should have checked it out better before buying it.

  3. Nope.  The car is all yours.  You can always sell it to the next sucker, I mean buyer...

  4. Maybe, but in most states as-is means exactly what it say's, sorry.  Plus, why would you return it? Problems? Didn't like it? Wouldn't pass inspection?  The law only takes into account certain things such as inspection when returning a car.  It could be the biggest POS but is it passes inspection there is nothing you can do.  Also, if they explained that it may have problems there is nothing that you can do.

  5. No. It was sold as-is and even if it broke down on the way home from the sale, you don't have any recourse. You had the opportunity to have it checked by a shop prior to purchase.

  6. The only situation I have seen when you can return it is if there was some sort of deception in the dealings or the contract (Bill of Sale) was not fulfilled.  Otherwise, I don't think so.

  7. LOL.......NO.......what part of "as-is" don't you understand.

  8. What is the issue ?  Why are you wanting to return vehicle ?

How long have you had the car ?

But, 99% of the time "as-is" is AS IS . Any inspection should have been done before purchase . Rules and laws very from state to state.

  9. NO

  10. no. It is yours. as-is means that you have no recourse of any problems.

  11. of course, but the person doesn't have to give you your money back. When sold as is, its sold as is. You can try small claims court, but i seriously doubt you get far.
