Cause I bought then today and tried them out, one of the contact lenses' pupil part is shaped oval-ish. So uh can I return them? They're made by Fresh Look contact lenses. (or maybe they really are oval shaped? I have no idea cause this is the first time I've tried colored contact lenses)

  1. Two things you can do:

    1) return to the place where you bought it and they either replace it on the spot with a diagnostic/trial they have in stock or contact the manufacturer for you.

    2) Contact the manufacturer. They in turn contact your doctor/dispenser, confirm you Rx and purchase, then send a trial to them and you pick it up when it comes in.

It's relatively simple even if it sounds like a lot of work. =-/

  2. Contact lenses (even the colored kind) are uniformly bowl-shaped, and if there's an irregularity you can definitely return it.

  3. It would be more effective if you could return your deformed eye.

God doesn't want you to read.

  4. no you cannot return it because its a hygeine issue because for all they know you could have an eye infection or had dirt on your hands and could cause someone else to end up with an eye infection, nowere will let you return them once you have opend or touched them....hope this helped xxxx

  5. There should be a money back guarantee. Ask you eye doctor.
