Can you reuse the wax you scrape off your board?

I've just started tuning my own boards and it seems like an awful waste that 90% of the wax you buy winds up in the garbage can. Would there by anything wrong with reforming it into a bar and using it again?

It is a waste, but you can't reuse it.  Or atleast I wouldn't recomend it.

well it is definitely not as good so well i don't but what ever it won't s***w up your board

If you do not overheat the wax when you apply it the board and you avoid any particles of dirt or edge material in the scrape, why not?  Just be careful about contaminants from the floor, I use a large paper to trap all of the excess wax and then melt it into another mix.

I do, Because it saves money but still helps as wax.
