Can you ride a four wheeler on the road in Tennessee? I think there is a new law but not sure.?

  1. Tennessee ATV state laws......

    All riders (operators and passengers) on three-wheeled ATVs in designated state park riding areas must wear helmets and eye protection at all times.

    Four-wheeled ATVs are prohibited in state parks.

    ATV use on highways and roads is prohibited.

    All ATVs must be titled with the owner receiving one identification device that shall be placed on the ATV.

  2. No they can not  let them do that, to keep little kids who do not know the rules of the road off of them.
