Can you rip movies from a DVD to a Xbox 360?

i just got my 360 and i have music on it from ripping the cds. just want to know if you can do the same to a dvd.

no, you can't... its not even that easy to do on a computer without pricey programs.

No. The Xbox 360 currently does not allow you to rip movies to the Hard Drive on the Xbox 360.

However, in the near future, you will be able to rip entire games to the Hard Drive, which may hint at the future of ripping movies onto the Xbox 360.
